Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy in client's homes and in community settings. Whether you’re experienced in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or new to the field, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed, including company-paid RBT training and certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Use evidence-based ABA strategies to support clients’ goals.
  • Collect and record data on client progress.
  • Collaborate with families and the clinical team to create a supportive and effective environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and monthly professional development trainings.
Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with exceptional problem-solving skills, a background in working with children, and a friendly, reliable, and eager-to-learn attitude. A genuine passion for helping others and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience in ABA preferred but not required.
  • RBT certificate holder preferred but not required.
  • CBT certificate holders required.
  • Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical activities as needed.
  • Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn.
  • Passion for helping others and working as part of a team.
