Description
The Resident Service Coordinator works primarily to support both individual resident and community well-being, education and development. The service coordinator's role is diverse, resident-directed, and focused on promoting safety, independence, aging in place and quality of life. The coordinator identifies and promotes access to community services, provides case management as needed and requested, and develops programs and resources that support resident and community health and wellness.

Required Qualifications- 2 years of experience in social service delivery with senior citizens and/or non-elderly disabled.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Gerontology, Psychology or Counseling; a college degree is fully acceptable. Individuals without a degree but with appropriate work experience may be hired.

$23.81 - $36.44 (base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities).
