WhatYou’ll Do
Guided by goodness, loyalty, faith, and fun, the Life Enrichment Assistant (LEA) acts as a liaison, supporting the Life Enrichment Director (LED) and the Community Relations Director (CRD). The LEA supports in setting up, providing supplies, and preparing current resident activities that are implemented and led by the LED. The LEA supports the CRD in providing a warm welcome for future and new residents as directed by the CRD.
- Assist LED in setting up and preparing for upcoming activities.
- Take attendance of residents attending an activity.
- Keep a log for each individual resident with a record of activities attended.
- Distribute a weekly bulletin prepared by the LED.
- Distribute monthly activity schedules prepared by the LED.
- Ensure activity areas are well maintained after every activity and before the end of each shift.
- Assists the Life Enrichment Director with other duties as requested.
- Maintain a current driver’s license to serve as an alternate transportation driver when needed.
- Assists Marketing in preparing for Lead Generating events.
- Assists in selecting personalized welcome home gifts for new residents.
- Desire and talent to work with a highly‑functioning, empowered team.

- Computer literacy, savvy in social media, and proficiency in learning specified online programs.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multi‑task in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently, be self‑motivated, and be goal‑directed.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Meet all health requirements as specified by state and/or federal regulations.
- Be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Deal with difficult, sensitive, and confidential issues.
- Good verbal communication and ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
