Travel Ultrasound Technologist

Ghost RX is searching for a Ultrasound Technologist to work at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center located in Portland, OR

5x 8hr shifts with rotating call

$3,688/ week for travelers 50 miles or farther from the Portland VAMC

• ARDMS (AB) + 2 other specialties for a TOTAL OF 3 (ex: AB, OB, RVT)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Must have worked within a hospital within the last 6 months
• Must have worked within a hospital lab setting as a Vascular Ultrasound Tech in the last six months.
• Demonstrate expertise in ultrasounds of scrotum, pelvis and U/S guided biopsy, including liver and renal biopsies of native and transplanted organs, renal artery stenosis and renal Doppler.

• Complete abdomen / Right Upper Quadrant Abdomen with Dopplers Renal (native kidney and transplant kidney)
• Transplant kidney with Dopplers
• Renal artery imaging – native kidney
• Post-operative endovascular AAA follow-up with duplex scan
• GYN scanning (trans abdominal / trans vaginal)
• Small parts scanning – thyroid, scrotal, extremity
