Cardiovascular Technologist

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures in a high-quality, patient-centered environment.
• Operate and maintain cardiovascular imaging equipment during interventional and diagnostic procedures.
• Assist physicians in catheterization labs with angioplasties, stenting, and other interventional techniques.
• Monitor and document patient vitals, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal care.
• Educate patients about procedures and post-care instructions.

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree from an accredited program.
• Certification upon hire from either Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or National Registered Technologist in Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography (RT-CI).
• National Provider BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) upon hire.
• National Provider ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) upon hire.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in interventional radiology or cardiac cath lab.
• Familiarity with advanced imaging techniques and equipment.

Work Schedule:Full-time, variable shifts, 36-40 hours per week.
