Philanthropy Officer for Providence Foundation in Portland, OR. Full-Time/Day Shift.

The Major Gift Officer is responsible for all aspects of management of a balanced portfolio of donors with the ability to solicit gifts in excess of $10,000 and above. This position requires the ability to manage confidential information, work collaboratively with team members, and develop strategies that facilitate major gifts for the organization.

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Non-profit Management, or Finance.
• Experience soliciting gifts in excess of $10,000 with strong preference for those individuals with experience soliciting gifts in excess of $100,000.

• Master's Degree
• 8 years of Experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
