Schedule: This is an in person position, Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Occasional evenings and weekends required.
Wage Range: $ – $ annual salary, Exempt

Position Overview
The Adult Mental Health Manager provides administrative and clinical oversight for mental health services across the Adult Mental Health Program. This includes supervision of therapists, behavioral health consultants, specialty case managers, and other direct services staff serving adults and families. The Manager supports culturally responsive, trauma-informed care tailored to Native American and Alaska Native individuals, while facilitating implementation of best practices, cross-site coordination, Feedback‑Informed Treatment initiatives, quality assurance, and direct service delivery.
What You Will Do
- Provide administrative and clinical supervision for direct service staff.
- Supervise and support the day‑to‑day activities of therapists/counselors, students/interns, and behavioral health consultants.
- Provide direct clinical services equivalent to one quarter of the caseload of a full‑time therapist.
- Develop, implement, and promote culturally appropriate mental health treatment services in alignment with community values.
- Coordinate and implement workflows, such as BHC models, SBIRT, and outcomes tracking.
- Collaborate across Mental Health, Medical, Dental, and Alcohol & Drug Treatment teams to ensure integrated care delivery.
- Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, and staff retention efforts.
- Ensure ongoing quality assurance through activities such as chart reviews.
