Overview
The Speech Therapist manages and provides skilled speech/language pathology to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications- Master s Degree from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program
- Ph.D. from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program or equivalent educ/experience
- Coursework/Training:
Specialized speech/language pathology training to meet a particular department need - Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Occasionally a position will require specialized speech/language pathology experience to meet a particular department need

Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate s placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
