Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen, ensuring that guests receive a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to established procedures.
  • Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in designated storage areas.
  • Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and organization as needed.
  • Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor dishwashing equipment and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including uniform and grooming standards.
    • Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
