Valet Attendant Responsibilities- Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a strong presence at the hotel entrance, ensuring guests are welcomed promptly.
- Assist guests with luggage, packages, directions, transportation, and general hotel information.
- Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests and provide assistance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys, valet tickets, and parking locations.
- Follow all safety procedures when driving, parking, and retrieving vehicles.
- Report any vehicle damage, guest concerns, safety issues, or unusual incidents to leadership immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet stand, driveway, and entrance area.
- Support bell, front desk, and guest services teams as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, personalized service.
- Uphold Valet Attendant standards of professionalism, discretion, and care at all times.
- Previous valet, guest services, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.
- Professional, polished, and approachable presence.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, bend, and move for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely enter, exit, and operate a variety of guest vehicles.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements as required by the role.
