Are you a hospitality professional who takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments for guests? We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure our hotel maintains the high standards our guests expect.

What You’ll DoAs Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee all housekeeping operations and lead a team dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team including room attendants, laundry staff, and public space attendants.
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms and hotel spaces.
- Coordinate daily room assignments and cleaning schedules based on occupancy levels.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and department budgets.
- Train and coach staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and guest service expectations.
- Respond to guest requests or concerns related to room cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest‑ready.
- Maintain compliance with safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines.
The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a strong eye for detail and a passion for hospitality.
Qualifications- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment.
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Commitment to high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel systems preferred.
This role works throughout the hotel including guest rooms, hallways, laundry facilities, and public spaces. The position involves standing, walking, lifting supplies, and inspecting rooms during shifts.
