This individual understands that the guest’s memorable event starts the moment that they come in the door, and they set the bar high for perfection. This leader has a heightened attention to detail and a passion for creating elevated guest experiences. They are able to think quickly on their feet, making thoughtful and swift decisions as needed.

• Oversee banquet room set up, team direction and organization
• Warmly welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements as necessary
• Manage team members; lead with honesty, professionalism and thoughtfulness
• Respond to guest and coordinator requests and needs
• Ensure facilities are well-maintained

• Prior experience as in Banquet management highly preferred
• Prior leadership highly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an excellent level of service
