GUEST SERVICES AGENT

Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences? We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and service oriented Guest Services Agent to join our team at our exciting new Hyatt House property near Portland International Airport!

As the first point of contact for our Guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every Guest enjoys a positive and memorable stay.

• Welcome Guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Manage Guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payments accurately.
• Respond to Guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate Guest records and follow hotel procedures.
• Support a positive, collaborative work environment while delivering exceptional hospitality.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• The ability to remain calm and helpful in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• A valid Drivers License and a 3 years cleanMVR is required.
