We are seeking an Employee Relations Manager to support the Corp Tech ER team. The individual will possess employee and labor relations expertise, excellent judgment, and highly-developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. The individual will be comfortable both presenting to senior leaders and communicating with frontline employees. The successful individual will be a strong project manager, capable of independently owning large-scale, network-wide projects.

The individual will quickly become an important “source of truth” regarding whether the organization is meeting its core values and principles.

The ER Manager will work reactively on crisis-oriented situations and employee and labor relations issues that may arise at a single station, within a specific region, or network-wide. Balancing project work and crisis response is critical for success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Detect and mitigate risks through trend analysis and strategic programs.
  • Handle crisis situations with excellent judgment.
  • Own large-scale projects to improve frontline partner experience.
  • Analyze data to develop persuasive narratives and measure success.
  • Produce high-quality communications and deliver engaging training.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to influence change.
  • Work independently in ambiguous situations to resolve issues.
  • Manage mechanisms at scale across networks.

Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, 7+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office tools. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree or specialized training, experience in program development, excellent communication skills, and fluency in multiple languages.
