LHH is supporting a values‑driven, privately owned organization in the Portland metro area that is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to elevate corporate recruiting strategy. This is a strategic, hands‑on role responsible for executive‑level recruiting, strengthening sourcing capabilities, mentoring a recruiter, and partnering closely with senior leaders across the business.

This is a hybrid position based in Portland, OR. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a targeted base salary range of $90,000–$110,000, plus comprehensive benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Own full‑cycle recruitment for business‑critical, non‑operations functions across the organization
  • Lead senior‑level searches, including Director and VP talent, and contribute to occasional executive hiring initiatives
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through creative sourcing methods, market mapping, and targeted outreach
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by aligning talent strategy with evolving business priorities
  • Provide day‑to‑day leadership and development to one recruiter, elevating overall team capability
  • Strengthen the organization’s employment brand in collaboration with internal partners
  • Identify gaps in current hiring workflows and implement improvements that increase efficiency and quality
  • Champion a high‑touch, thoughtful candidate experience from intake to offer
  • Support workforce planning conversations tied to organizational shifts or growth initiatives
  • Contribute to early‑career or internship recruitment efforts as needed
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated ownership of corporate hiring
  • Background recruiting for professional functions such as Finance, People/HR, Technology, Commercial, or similar areas
  • Experience closing senior‑level talent (Director and above)
  • Strong capability in direct sourcing and building talent communities
  • Ability to influence and guide leaders through hiring decisions with confidence and sound judgment
  • Experience coaching or guiding other recruiters
  • Comfort using applicant tracking systems and leveraging recruiting metrics to inform decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build credibility quickly
  • Collaborative, consultative approach with a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution

This full‑time role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which typically includes:

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Retirement savings plan with employer match
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Learning and development resources
  • Employee recognition programs
  • Commuter benefits or transit support

Specific benefit details will be shared with candidates during the interview process and are subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
