What you will do:
We are seeking a Sr. Talent Partner with a focus on corporate function sourcing and recruitment and a talent partner mindset. This role will drive strategic hiring initiatives including enhancing candidate experience, leading employer branding efforts, building sourced pipelines and managing recruitment for the annual intern program. This position will lead a recruiter focused on corporate function recruitment.
- Lead recruitment for corporate functions such as Finance, People & Culture (HR), Marketing, Sales, IT and other support areas.
- Translate business goals into actionable TA plans that support growth, diversity, and retention.
- Assess for and implement process improvements to optimize talent acquisition workflows.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, partnering with People & Culture Operations, Communications, Marketing Design and our Linked In partners.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Act as Talent Partner to the business with a consulting mindset with hiring managers and balance between managing the relationship between candidate, hiring manager, recruiter, and compensation/employee services.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies and mentor whole Talent Acquisition team on sourcing best practices for pipeline building.
- Consult and partner with Employee Services to plan outputs of reorganizations or business changes that result in recruitment.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
- May assist in recruitment for the annual intern program and partner with the People & Culture Program Manager to manage the overall program.
- Mentor and oversee a recruiter, if applicable.
- 5-7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with 2 years in a people leadership role.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Proven experience and success in corporate functions recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management and talent partner approach.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
- Experience with employer branding and process optimization.
- Ability to manage intern programs and early talent pipelines.
- Leadership skills for managing a recruiter.
- Knowledge of DEI best practices in hiring.
