Northwest Pump is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This position will play a key role in supporting recruiting efforts across a range of hands‑on technical roles, including warehouse, operations, and select administrative positions.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and partnering with hiring managers to bring strong talent into the organization.

What are we looking for?
  • 1–3 years of recruiting experience supporting hands‑on technical roles such as manufacturing, construction, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, warehouse, distribution, or similar fields preferred
  • Experience screening resumes and interviewing candidates
  • HRIS and/or ATS experience preferred
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple job postings and shifting hiring priorities
  • Excellent organization, follow‑through, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively; self‑motivated
  • Committed to ethical recruiting practices and confidentiality
  • Proven reliability and dependability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

  • This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position with optional hybrid availability (2 days per week), working regular business hours Monday through Friday
  • Regular travel approximately once per quarter; occasional career fair attendance
  • Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
