Overview

Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and play a crucial role in the full life cycle recruiting process for our Texas market clients. While the role is remote, this person must reside in the LA Metro area. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, screening resumes, assessing qualifications, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates for interviews, pipelining talent for future opportunities, and successfully closing candidates who are selected.

This is a full-time, remote role based in the LA area, with a salary range of $60-$65K annually + commissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full Life-Cycle Recruiting:
    Participate actively in the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to closing successful hires.
  • High Volume:
    Supporting a high volume of VMS positions for well-known brands.
  • Sourcing Strategies:
    Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and attract candidates to our exciting opportunities.
  • Relationship Building:
    Network and establish strong relationships with candidates at all levels. Maintain consistent communication to keep candidates engaged and maintain a talent pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Data Integrity:
    Ensure accurate reporting by maintaining data integrity within our applicant tracking system and other tools.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ Years of Recruiting

    Experience:

    Demonstrated experience in recruiting, preferably within an agency setting. Creative recruiting experience a plus.
  • 2+ Years' experience working within VMS systems and filling VMS positions at high volume.
  • Knowledge of ATS and Sourcing Strategies:
    Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in using various sourcing strategies and job boards.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and character in all interactions.
  • Adaptability:
    Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and pivot quickly and efficiently.
  • Sales experience or a desire to get into agency sales a plus!
