Your Role:

You’re not “just HR.” You’re the steady hand behind the scenes and the go-to resource when people need clarity, support, or straight answers. As our HR Generalist, you’ll help shape the full employee experience — from recruiting and onboarding to benefits, performance conversations, and culture initiatives.

You’ll partner closely with employees and leaders to keep processes clean, communication clear, and people supported.

Your Impact:

Recruiting & Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers to attract, interview, and onboard great people. Create a welcoming, organized start that sets employees up for success.

Benefits & Leave Support: Guide employees through benefits enrollment, eligibility, and leave processes. Keep everything compliant and running smoothly.

Payroll & HRIS Support: Serve as backup for payroll processing and reporting. Maintain accurate employee records, including job changes, compensation updates, deductions, and leaves. Details matter here — and you know it.

Employee Relations & Performance Support: Help managers apply policies consistently and confidently. Support coaching conversations, documentation, and performance practices. Address questions and concerns with professionalism and practical solutions.

Compliance & Workforce Monitoring: Monitor attendance, meal and rest periods, and coordinate follow‑up when needed to ensure compliance and consistency.

Culture & Engagement: Support initiatives that strengthen engagement, communication, and workplace connection. Contribute to HR communications, events, and appreciation efforts that keep our culture strong.

What You Bring to the Table:

People Sense:
You can balance empathy with policy and know when to listen, coach, or draw a boundary.

Skills:

Clear, professional, and approachable — able to connect effectively at all levels of the organization.

Organization & Follow‑Through:
You manage multiple priorities without losing track of the details.

Sound Judgment:
You integrate policies, business needs, and common sense when making decisions.

Confidentiality:
You handle sensitive information with discretion — always.

Problem‑Solving Mindset:
You stay constructive and solutions‑focused, even when conversations get uncomfortable.

Tech Comfort:
Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment software, or the ability to pick up new systems quickly.

HR Knowledge (or Drive to Build It):
Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices — or a strong interest in growing that expertise.

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
