** About the Role
** The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to supporting hiring managers and onboarding new employees.

You’ll play a key role in strengthening CODA’s employer brand, expanding outreach to diverse talent pools, and ensuring our hiring process is efficient, compliant, and welcoming.

** What You'll Be Doing
** You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while helping create an exceptional candidate experience.

Your work will include:
* Managing job requisitions and recruitment activities from posting to hire
* Screening candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
* Developing outreach strategies to attract diverse, mission-driven talent
* Supporting hiring managers with tools and guidance for selecting strong candidates
* Promoting CODA’s employer brand through job ads, outreach, and recruiting events
* Maintaining applicant tracking records and recruitment metrics
* Supporting onboarding and new-hire processes
* Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment and hiring systems

** What You Bring
*** Associate’s Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 2+ years experience in recruiting or talent acquisition. Healthcare recruitment is preferred.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
* Valid Oregon or Washington driver’s license
