We’re partnering with a well-established organization in downtown Portland seeking a Payroll & Benefits professional to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning payroll while also supporting benefits administration and broader HR operations in a collaborative environment.

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate payroll
• Administer employee benefits and serve as a resource for employee questions
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Support employee relations and respond to day-to-day HR questions
• Coordinate payroll taxes, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Partner with managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
• Assist with performance management, leave administration, and other HR initiatives
• Support audits, reporting, and special HR/payroll projects as needed

• 3+ years of payroll and HR experience
• Strong payroll and benefits administration experience
• Well-rounded HR background with exposure to employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and compliance
