- Portland, OR 97223, Salary Range: $24.10 - $35.00 Hourly, The HR Coordinator provides day-to-day operational and administrative support across Human Resources functions, helping ensure employees and leaders receive timely, accurate, and responsive HR service and support. This role coordinates core HR processes, including support for benefits, leaves, recruiting, compensation, and other employee lifecycle activities. The position also supports HR reporting, documentation, process improvement, and special projects, helping the HR team operate efficiently and effectively.

• Respond to and assign HR Helpdesk tickets including scanning and filing electronic tickets
• Employee records management
  - Electronic filing, tracking and reporting
• Employee separation event processing
• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting needs for HR team

• Life event processing
• Invoice reconciliation
• 401k deferral change report
• New hire paperwork tracking / I9 processing
• Cobra entries for new hires and terminations

• Verification of employment
• Req log updates
• Tracking/sending 30/60/90 surveys

• General reports and data entry

• Bereavement and jury duty leaves
• LOA intake calls and setup

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years administrative, HR, recruiting, customer service and/or other relevant professional experience required. Prior HR experience preferred.
