• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and observability solutions to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems hosted on Kubernetes cluster management using cross plane
  .
• Develop and deploy Grafana dashboards to visualize key metrics and insights, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define monitoring requirements, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement in observability capabilities.
• Automate observability processes and workflows to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis of incidents and performance issues, leveraging observability tools and data to identify and resolve underlying issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in observability engineering and Grafana, incorporating new tools and methodologies as appropriate.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
