Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Portland, Oregon;
Minneapolis, MN;
Atlanta, GA;
Denver, CO;
Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC.

• Partner closely with the Project Manager to design the Git Lab Secrets onboarding process end-to-end
• Help define and document: risk scoring approach; triage and exclusion criteria; and developer-facing findings and remediation flow
• Attend and lead meetings to drive outcomes and document progress
• Compile and report status, metrics, and results to management
• Work with the triage team to tune false positives and exclusions
• Assist with design and implementation testing in:
  Git Lab Secrets UI and Service Now (for workflow integration)
• Produce clear process documentation for training and long-term adoption at project close

• 1+ years of business process design or process analysis experience
• Strong documentation and process mapping skills such as:
  Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
• Experience with Git Lab;
  Git Leaks exposure is a strong plus
• Jira experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to translate technical/security findings into clear, structured processes

The approximate pay range for this position is between $23.00 and $33.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
