Project Delivery Senior Analyst

Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project work streams and guiding more junior professionals

Support and/or lead work streams on engagements related, but not limited, to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance

Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy

Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

Experience supporting State client(s) in one or more of the following areas: eligibility determination, benefits calculation, benefits issuance, and/or information management

Ability to travel 0 - 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Ability to manage small-mid size engagements or work streams and multiple team members with confidence
