Kubernetes Grafana Expert
Location: Portland – Oregon (100% Onsite)
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and observability solutions to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of systems hosted on Kubernetes clusters using Crossplane.
- Develop and deploy Grafana dashboards to visualize key metrics and insights, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define monitoring requirements, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement in observability capabilities.
- Automate observability processes and workflows to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Perform root‑cause analysis of incidents and performance issues, leveraging observability tools and data to identify and resolve underlying issues.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in observability engineering and Grafana, incorporating new tools and methodologies as appropriate.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
- Observability – 8–10 years experience
- Dev Ops – 8–10 years experience
- Microservices architecture – 8–10 years experience
- Azure / AWS Cloud – 5–6 years experience
- Kubernetes – 5 years experience
