Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Now, we’re hiring a Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Manager to design and build secure, reliable cloud environments and support our team's Dev Ops across a growing portfolio of resorts and digital products.

• Design and maintain secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure using best practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline application delivery, testing, and rollback.
• Implement observability tools (Cloud Watch) to ensure uptime, performance, and proactive alerting.
• Enforce cloud security policies and automate compliance across infrastructure and deployment workflows.
• Lead infrastructure reviews, disaster recovery planning, and testing for business continuity.
• Partner with software, data, and product teams to align infrastructure with application needs.
• Mentor junior Dev Ops and platform engineers while establishing scalable infrastructure processes and documentation.

• 6+ years of cloud infrastructure or Dev Ops engineering experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Deep expertise with AWS services (EC2, ECS, RDS, VPC, IAM, S3, etc.) and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (Hashi Corp).
• Strong background in CI/CD pipeline design, Git Ops practices, and containerization (Docker; Kubernetes a plus).
• Experience supporting SaaS or transactional eCommerce platforms in production environments.
• Knowledge of security best practices including secrets management, IAM roles, and least privilege principles.
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools in distributed systems.
• Bonus:
  Experience with incident response, Fin Ops optimization, or ISO/SOC2 compliance environments.
