ServiceNow Solutions Architect - INTL India

Job Description

The Service Now architect will join a Service Now Center of Excellence that my client has built to support external client health systems across the US. They will partake in assessment of the external client's Service Now landscape and readiness, design appropriate implementation or optimization strategies, and collaborate with the engineering team to carry the implementation/optimization of the system. This is a fully on-site role in Hyderabad.

This role will begin as a contract opportunity with the chance to convert permanent.

• 7+ years experience with Service Now
• 3+ years experience as a Service Now architect
• Experience with Service Now implementation and optimization
• Experience with the following modules: ITSM, ITIL, GRC, IRM CSA
• CAD
• CIS
• Healthcare experience
