Job Description # Salesforce System Analyst III
* Build custom Salesforce Knowledge components (landing page, dynamic search, filtering, authoring enhancements)
* Develop workflows for scheduling, publishing, and archiving articles
* Integrate Salesforce Knowledge with enterprise document scanning systems
* Implement contextual article suggestions and keyword mapping
* Create dashboards for article usage and engagement analytics
* Lead requirements sessions, document specifications, and execute complex test cases
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide guidance to junior analysts
* Present findings and solutions to business and technical stakeholders
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of business/systems analysis experience
* 5+ years writing requirements for software development
* Experience leading small project teams (3–5 people)
* Strong facilitation, communication, and problem‑solving skills
* Proficiency with SQL, metadata concepts, data modeling, and structured methodologies (Agile/RUP)
* Experience with Salesforce Knowledge and workflow automation
* Healthcare or health insurance knowledge a plus
