• Good understanding of logistics business process and business requirement and translation it into OTM for mapping.
• Technical knowledge in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, XML/XSL, BI Publisher.
• Functional knowledge in OTM modules – OM, Shipment Management, Financials, BPA, Config and Admin.

• Solid experience in OTM

• Handle following independently:
• Business Requirement Gathering
• Process Mapping, Gap Analysis
• Business User clarification
• Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, XML/XSL, Java, BI Publisher, etc.
• OTM Modules – OM, Shipment Management, Financial knowledge
• Configuration of Planning Parameter, Rates, Itineraries, Screen sets, Manager layouts, Workflow agents, VPD, Roles, Milestone Monitors, Recurring process, Invoicing match process, Equipment, Shipment Tender process.
• Scenario based configuration - Multi Stops (Multiple Pickups & Multi Drop) & Multi Modal (Air, Ground, Rail).
• Gather requirement, do impact analysis, provide solution, coordinate with Onsite-Offshore.
