Pay: $18–20/hr (weekly W2)
Duration:
Long‑term multi‑year contract, hiring ASAP
- IT service delivery (IMAC, Break Fix, Desk‑side Support) according to Managed Client policy and procedure guide.
- Coordinate with Client End Users on expectations and availability for Managed Client Services.
- Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, and basic deployments & repairs on Client Assets at campus/remote locations.
- Identify potential issues that could adversely impact End User experience and follow through action steps.
- Strive to meet all Client SLAs and Customer Satisfaction goals.
- Escalate to Desktop Support Site Lead on issues that impact a Client End User or entire operation at a site.
- Provide onsite shadowing to Program Field Service Team when required.
- Serve as an entry point to develop technical and customer skills for broader field services roles.
- Perform basic installation and maintenance of technical products.
- Follow predefined procedures and tasks in everyday activities.
- Work is reviewed by a senior technical specialist.
- Support clinical applications in a clinical area.
- 1–3 years of experience servicing/deploying computer equipment.
- Proven customer service background.
- Experience in a corporate environment.
- Knowledgeable of Windows operating system.
- Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions and scripts.
- Physically able to lift and move enterprise and client technology hardware.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including conflict resolution with difficult customers.
