Essential Functions

1. Post Production Data Processing

  • Post Production Data Processing Obtain, examine, and prepare client data for Intake.
  • Conduct batch-level and document-level quality control reviews.
  • Validate metadata accuracy and indexing fields.
  • Verify document completeness, orientation, legibility, and clarity.
  • Correct skew, cropping, rotation, and image enhancement issues.
  • Reprocess failed batches and resolve exception queues.
  • Monitor file naming conventions and export structures.
  • Track production metrics and identify recurring error trends.
  • Assist department Manager and Director in troubleshooting and resolving any client issues with delivered or hosted data.
  • Support workflow optimization and continuous improvement efforts.

2. Processing Expectations

  • Maintain 98-99% accuracy in completed work.
  • Meet all established post production batch targets.
  • Perform all duties in a timely manner.
  • Support department Service Level Agreements (SLA) requirements relating to contracts.
  • Contribute to continuous workflow improvements.

3. Data Imaging Support

  • Prepare sensitive documents for scanning.
  • Reconstruct files in an organized and precise manner.
  • Verify imaged or scanned documents meet the requirements outlined in that contract.
  • Process all files with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Follow secure document handling procedures and maintain compliance standards.

4. Document Imaging Expectations

  • Maintain 98-99% accuracy in completed work.
  • Perform all document imaging work as outlined per each contract, with appropriate attention to detail.
  • Perform all duties in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to continuous workflow improvements.

5. Other Expectations

  • Regular and consistent attendance, such that the workflow process is not stopped for operations or others dependent on this role’s presence and performance.
  • Participate in required meetings to discuss announcements, team and role‑related items, and performance.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding job tasks.
  • Maintain appropriate conversations surrounding contracted work with the highest standard of confidentiality per the contract and Relay policies.
  • Keep Supervisor informed of all issues related to the contract, production, or workflow maintenance, or other related work issues.
  • Other duties as assigned that may be supportive for the overall team while not explicit or consistent job duties outlined for this role.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in document imaging, records management, or data processing.
  • Experience with document capture software (Image Trust, Kofax, PSIGen, Ready Suite, or similar) Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high volume production environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently to complete time‑sensitive tasks or deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ten (10) or more years in post‑production or batch data management, or similar.
  • Bilingual or multilingual preferred (particularly Spanish or ASL).
  • Experience creating or pulling reports related to post production.
  • Experience with collaborative problem solving.
  • Five (5) or more years of MS Office suite experience, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Knowledge of data imaging generally at an intermediate level.
  • Skilled in technical aspects of data imaging and related reporting.
  • Knowledge of data scope and technicalities related to software and archiving.
  • Skilled in balancing multiple tasks or projects within timeline expectations.
  • Skilled in written and verbal communication.
  • Skilled in technical communication and expressing technical concepts in plain language.

    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Skilled in organization and task management.

    Ability to reliably and consistently attend work during scheduled hours.

    Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high volume production environment.
Scope & Accountability

Performs duties independently.

Supervisory Responsibility

Ability to work with moderate supervision and some independent decision making. No supervisory or related duties.
