SAP SD Consultant

• Apply SAP SD knowledge to the Order-to-Cash process across implementations and production support engagements.
• Configure and customize Sales processes in ECC environment; work on Sales Order, Delivery, Shipment, and Billing workflows.
• Perform business requirements gathering through workshops, define scope, and assist with estimation.
• Provide functional design input, prepare test scenario documentation, and coordinate functional testing.
• Participate in integration testing and coordinate with business users for UAT.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of SD integration with MM and Warehouse Management modules.
• Analyze incidents, simulate scenarios, and resolve production defects with a long-term solution mindset.
• Monitor batch jobs, perform failure analysis, and conduct interface analysis.
• Collaborate effectively with teams and manage customer interactions; communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Adapt to challenging situations and manage escalations; proactively monitor for potential problems and implement preventive actions.

• Minimum 7+ years of knowledge and experience in SAP Order-to-Cash business process.
• Proven experience in SAP SD functional design, configuration, and support in ECC environments.
• Extensive functional and technical knowledge of objects and transactions related to Sales Order, Delivery, Shipment, and Billing.
• Experience in gathering requirements, conducting workshops, defining scope, and estimating efforts.
• Experience in functional design, test scenario preparation, and integration testing with business users for UAT.
• Strong knowledge of SD integration with MM and Warehouse Management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and email writing skills; ability to handle escalations and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Team player with customer handling skills and the ability to scale up to challenging situations.
