IT Support Analyst – NE Portland
A pharmaceutical company in NE Portland is hiring an IT Support Analyst to join the team for a great opportunity.
Responsibilities- Provide helpdesk support for warehouse equipment and IT infrastructure.
- Create and decommission user accounts (Active Directory and Google Workspace).
- Participate in migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
- Lead migration from Active Directory to Jump Cloud.
- Respond to, resolve, or escalates IT related issues raised via a ticketing system.
- 2–3+ years of experience in IT / Warehouse Equipment Support and Troubleshooting.
- Experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace, and Jump Cloud.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
Hiring a Helpdesk Technician Tier 2 to support PC hardware, software, operating systems and printers.
Responsibilities- Install, configure, upgrade, and support PC hardware, software, operating systems, and printers.
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, web, and remote support tools.
- Set up new hardware and software deployments.
- Prior helpdesk or technical support experience.
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, and common applications.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
