Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Engineer to support SAP AFS operations, interfaces, and batch processing across wholesale and supply chain environments. The role focuses on proactive monitoring, operational stability, issue prevention, and production support.

• Monitor SAP AFS systems, interfaces, middleware, and batch jobs.
• Troubleshoot interface failures, IDocs, RFCs, and scheduling issues.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.

Must Haves: SAP AFS or ECC experience (ideally SD and/or MM with wholesale/supply chain experience). SAP interface knowledge (IDocs, RFCs, etc.).
