Assistant Manager, Digital Sell-In Solutions
Purpose
Step into a key role supporting the digital tools and processes that power adidas’ wholesale business. As Assistant Manager Digital Sell-In Solutions, you will help ensure seamless system performance, accurate customer setups, smooth onboarding, and successful tool enhancements. You will collaborate across teams to understand needs, solve problems, and improve the digital experience for partners across NAM. This is an opportunity to grow in a digital‑first environment where innovation and teamwork move the business forward.
Key Accountabilities
- Support Digital Tool Operations – Serve as the first point of contact for tool‑related inquiries, escalating issues when needed and keeping users informed.
- Manage Customer Setups and Budget Inputs – Ensure customer data, promo, and FOC setups are completed accurately and on time.
- Drive Training and Documentation – Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, and SharePoint resources to support onboarding and ongoing education.
- Enable New Functionality Rollouts – Assist in testing, readiness, and change management to support smooth adoption of tool enhancements.
- Partner Across Teams – Work closely with sales and cross‑functional groups to understand workflows, recommend improvements, and support future‑facing digital solutions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
- Strong analytical skills to define issues and recommend solutions

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience working with digital tools or platforms
Qualifications – Minimum Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university
- One to three years of experience in sales, business, or financial analysis and planning
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
- Industry experience preferred
