DescriptionThe position involves providing IT support for a group of outpatient imaging centers and call centers in the Portland, OR area.
This is a contract role requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to support various systems and equipment.
The role demands effective communication and collaboration with both internal teams and external vendors.
Support users across multiple systems and equipment types.
Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting and support.
Collaborate with leadership to meet hardware and software needs.
Visit sites to resolve issues and ensure IT readiness for projects.
Maintain and implement system updates and changes.
Ensure security practices are upheld and deficiencies addressed.
Manage inventory and perform preventative maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with operational leadership to assess and deliver on IT needs.
- Monitor and resolve issues, service tickets, and projects.
- Communicate with leadership to prepare for ongoing and future projects.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
- Maintain knowledge of systems and participate in continuing education.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related technical field or equivalent IT support experience.
- In-depth knowledge of PCs, printers, servers, and network operations.
- Proficiency in problem determination and resolution.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites as needed.
