Your car and your home are your most important assets, yet the experience of owning them is stuck in the 90s. Every part of the journey — buy/sell, insurance, maintenance, repairs — is fragmented, complicated, and expensive.

Jerry.ai is building the first app to manage all aspects of vehicle and home ownership. Since launching in 2019, we have become one of the top three car‑insurance brokers in the U.S., added driving insights, a repair marketplace, and home‑ownership features, and reached over 5 million customers. We have raised $240 million, grown revenue 70×, and became profitable in early 2024.

Our Biz Ops & Analytics team, comprised of former MBB consultants, drives data‑enabled decision making across product, growth, tech, and operations. They shape questions, build dashboards, and lead our most important initiatives. As we expand to 50 million customers and a $10B business, we need new team members in Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, and Strategic Partnerships.

• Hands‑on execution; you’ll own end‑to‑end analytical projects.

You’ll sit on the central Biz Ops & Analytics team and be embedded in one of Jerry’s core units—growth, product, AI & automation, or strategic partnerships—owning the analytical function end‑to‑end.

• Define the right problems:
  Understand the business question, ensure it’s well‑formed, and push back when it isn’t.
• Data & insights:
  Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights that move key metrics.
• Drive outcomes:
  Present recommendations, justify actions, and guide next steps with product, growth, finance, or operations teams.

• First‑principles thinker:
  Break ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses before jumping to solutions.
• Direct communicator:
  Guide skeptical stakeholders through complex findings and secure buy‑in.
• Owner:
  Treat the role as your own; fix problems even outside your immediate scope.

• 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high‑growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills; able to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Track record of owning ambiguous analytical problems and driving them to business outcomes.
• Clear, persuasive communication that influences decisions at the leadership level.
