Senior Data Scientist

Role Overview

As a member of Jerry.ai’s central Data Science & Analytics team, you will be embedded in one of the core product or business areas—growth marketing, product development, AI & automation, or strategic partnerships—to own the end‑to‑end analytical function for that unit.

• Define the right problems:
  Understand the business question, evaluate its design, and drive the right analytical approach.
• Data and insights:
  Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface actionable data insights that move the unit’s key metrics.
• Drive outcomes:
  Communicate findings to product, growth, finance and operations teams; translate analysis into recommendations and next steps.

• First principles thinker who breaks ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses before working with data.
• 3–4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high‑growth technology company.
• Strong analytical background and proficiency in SQL (Click House) or Python; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Track record of owning analytical problems and driving them to business outcomes.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.
• Owner mindset: responsible for fixing problems, even outside the primary swim lane.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this posting, based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. In addition to base salary, the compensation package may include equity grants.
