Job Overview
Looking for a Data Center Technician with strong server-side skills. Candidates with IT Helpdesk/Desktop support experience are welcome, but the focus is Data Center operations.
Responsibilities- Server Installation & Configuration in data center racks
- Software/Firmware Upgrades and OS deployments
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving for hardware and server issues
- Vendor Management & Support for hardware replacements and service requests
- Auditing & Inventory of servers and components
- Hands‑on experience with server hardware management
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers
- Knowledge of networking basics and data center standards
- Willingness to work onsite shifts
- Strong documentation and problem‑solving skills
