Milwaukee Electronics is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence & Manufacturing Analytics Analyst to support the development and delivery of enterprise analytics supporting customer acquisition, quoting, engineering, manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and executive leadership.

This role will mature our E-Commerce, ERP, engineering, and manufacturing system data into trusted operational intelligence that improves margin visibility, production transparency, inventory accuracy, and data-informed decision making as we grow.

This position focuses on developing scalable analytics solutions and supporting enterprise data initiatives within a complex, high-mix electronics manufacturing environment. The role also contributes to building the structured data foundation needed to support advanced analytics and future AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Intelligence Development
    • Design and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using enterprise data sources.
    • Build and maintain Power BI datasets and reporting models that support operational and financial decision-making.
  • Data Modeling & Reporting
    • Develop and maintain SQL queries, data models, and curated datasets.
    • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and usability across business functions.
  • Operational & Manufacturing Analytics
    • Deliver analytics that improve visibility into manufacturing performance, cost drivers, and operational efficiency.
    • Support leadership with actionable insights to improve business performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement Support
    • Assist with developing metrics and dashboards that support continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities to reduce manual reporting and improve data accessibility.
  • Data Foundation & Advanced Analytics Readiness
    • Support the development of structured datasets and reporting frameworks that enable future advanced analytics and AI initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Manufacturing Analytics
  • Advanced SQL proficiency
  • Strong Power BI experience (data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices)
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
  • Experience supporting discrete or electronics manufacturing environments preferred
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
