Service Desk Analyst

Job Description

Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing support to end users who call or email the service desk. The contractor may also be required to work on‑call shifts.

• Assist employees when they call the service desk.
• Respond to emails, log tickets, update tickets, and resolve tier 1 support issues.
• Be the primary owner of a ticket from start to finish to ensure work is finished.
• Write knowledge base articles to reduce future tickets and enable end-users to self‑service.
• Lift up to 35 pounds.
• Work at a desk for an 8‑hour shift.

• Basic ITIL concepts knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office.
• Experience supporting iOS devices.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues.
• Experience providing support in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, O365, SCCM, and Windows OS.

• Trainable and a good culture fit (personality important).
• Expert level experience.

Contract position based out of Portland, OR, fully onsite. 8‑hour shift. Anticipated to close on Jun 23, 2026.

Pay range: $25.00–$28.00 per hour.
