Base pay range$17.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Work Schedule: On-site, 6-2:30pm or 7-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay Rate: $17/hr -$19/hr
Summary:Epitec is seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented Technical Support Representative. This role involves supporting our leading automotive client's dealer network, fleets, end users, and internal customers. Responsibilities include answering calls, electronic submissions, and emails related to technical support, primarily for chassis support.
Responsibilities:- Respond to calls, emails, and electronic tickets from dealer networks, end-users, and internal teams regarding technical service or parts issues.
- Provide professional, courteous, and timely assistance to customers.
- Utilize company documentation and databases to deliver technical support.
- Maintain detailed call logs with pertinent information.
- Interpret data from Virtual Technician telematics and communicate findings to end users.
- Report technical concerns or emerging issues to management.
- Follow all safety and compliance guidelines, escalating issues as needed.
- Refer complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Work flexible shifts, including holidays and after-hours support when required.
- Keep a clean and safe work environment.
- Associate's degree in a related field or 2 years of relevant experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Technical field experience.
- Diesel technician experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Five9, or similar systems is a plus but can be learned.
