IT Business Analyst, Data Analyst, IT Support
We are seeking a Technology Analyst Student in Edmonton, Alberta that is available for 4 or 8 months
, starting in September 8, 2026
. As a Technology Analyst Student you will contribute to our team by:
- Assists in provisioning, monitoring, and maintaining mission-critical cloud infrastructure
- Remediate incident escalations from customers, vendors, and other Business Technology teams
- Assists in the development and maintaining of policies and governance in our cloud infrastructure
- Assists with Research and Development initiatives and participate in Proof-of-Concepts
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date system documentation
- Supports the team in providing business process, application requirements definition, and documentation for a given project
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Currently enrolled in a management information systems program, an information technology or computer engineering program, or an operations management program
- Always on top of the latest technology trends
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details
- Knowledge of Power Shell and scripting best practices is an asset
- Ability & willingness to learn programming or scripting languages, such as Power Shell or .NET, to accomplish the completion of one or more automation tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 is an asset
