Key Responsibilities

- Utilize Nexthink for endpoint visibility, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact operations.
- Manage and support conference room A/V equipment, printers, and peripheral devices, ensuring reliable functionality.
- Document incidents and requests through ITSM processes, maintaining accurate records and following best practices for resolution.
- 4‑7 years of onsite desktop support experience in office and factory settings.
- Hands‑on experience with ITSM tools, SCCM, and Nexthink for endpoint management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
