Role Overview
Join adidas and play a key role in transforming how Finance operates through technology. This role will have ownership of end-to-end solutions that influence business outcomes through modern delivery practices.
What You Will DoElicit, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders. Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, use cases, workflows, and data models to guide solution design and delivery.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Finance, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst or similar role (or more senior BA experience)
- Hands‑on experience with SAP FICO (preferably in multiple modules)
- Strong Finance background (month‑end close, P&L, cash flow, accounting fundamentals)
- Experience with enterprise planning and forecasting platforms, including SAP APO, SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning), and/or IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) preferred
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools such as SQL, relational databases, Databricks, and Power BI preferred
- Familiarity with IT service management and application support tools, including Service Now
- Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Robust and progressive medical
