AV Support Technician
We are seeking a full-time, on-site AV Support Technician to support an Adidas location in Portland, Oregon. The hardware is already installed, and the client needs a knowledgeable, hands-on resource to manage, support, and troubleshoot existing AV and digital signage systems provided by AVI-SPL. This is a temporary assignment (2–3 months) intended to bridge coverage while a long-term resource is identified.

Provide on-site support for AVI-SPL–installed AV and digital signage systems
Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot:
Digital signage platforms
Video wall systems
AV content and playback technologies
Act as the local technical presence for Adidas, coordinating as needed with AVI-SPL teams
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Perform basic system checks, resets, and configuration adjustments
Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining day-to-day operational stability
Communicate clearly with client stakeholders regarding status and issues
Hands-on experience supporting digital signage environments
Familiarity with video walls, including Planar systems
Experience with AV content platforms such as:
Tripleplay Digital Signage
Mood Media (or similar AV content systems)
Strong troubleshooting skills in live production or enterprise AV environments
Comfortable working independently on-site
Professional, client-facing communication skills
Exposure to locker or specialty systems (e.g., TZ Locker or similar), though not required
Prior experience supporting retail, enterprise, or brand-focused environments
