IT Helpdesk Technician (4-month Contract, NW Portland)
A construction company in NW Portland is hiring an IT Helpdesk Technician for a 4-month contract opportunity.
Job Duties:
- Provide support to staff on all company-supported applications and devices.
- Software and hardware support for end-user devices.
- Identification and remediation of end-user technical issues or escalation as needed.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting.
- Provide directions to technical resources.
- Act as a liaison between Enterprise Technical Services and the end user.
- Provision of related services.

The Service Desk Technician is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by professionally and efficiently handling incoming support requests.
