IT Helpdesk Technician – 4 Month Contract

- Provide support to staff on all company-supported applications and devices.
- Software and hardware support for end-user devices.
- Identify and remediate end-user technical issues or escalation as needed.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting.

- Act as liaison between Enterprise Technical Services and end users.
