User Experience Designer – Supervisor II

Responsibilities

• Lead a shared UX service that drives cohesive, modern, user-centered digital experiences
• Responsible for leading a team of UX designers and design engineers
• Drive the UX strategy across the organization
• Maintain an outside-in perspective by monitoring industry UX trends
• Partner with product teams to define research goals, metrics, and criteria
• Ensure design intent is implemented accurately by partnering with Engineering
• Facilitate and promote the creation and evolution of a design system
• Champion user-centered methods and ensure research informs roadmap and design decisions
• Oversee usability testing and validation

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Interaction Design, Psychology, Design, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end user-centric design
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
• Expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups
• Strong ability to articulate complex design concepts
• Solid knowledge of creating and leading design systems
• Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, or similar tools
